Proposed Name Change

Typically we refer to our regular ride as:
"Tuesday Night Ride" or
"Tuesday Derby" or
"Oley Derby"

I hereby propose that we rename the rides on Tuesdays to "Ronde von Oley".

Also, I think that that the name of the little sprinter hill on Mine Road, about 2.5k from the finish (just before going into the woods) should be referred to as "the Weidnerberg."

I like the sound of that.

The peleton was a fast and inspired in today's Ronde van Oley, not letting any group go up the road, so the first big move came on the Weidnerberg with only just over two kilometers to go. The group disintegrated under the multiple attacks, and the real suffering began as the big sprinters lined up for a showdown on the Mine Road finish, like Belgian gunfighters facing off in the streets of Roubaix...

I'd like to suggest the Muur (or wall) de Weidner. As a side note, an old cycling club used to change the name of the standard club ride loop to the reigning best rider. Interested in giving the Tuesday night club ride title to the points champion?

If we go by the points champion, then it should be the----DE-Wald or De-wall and the rest of us are simply de-railed.

Maybe we should think about a DE-WALD, how about the turn where Rasta hit the rail, maybe that can be the "De-WALD turn"
