so much for riding the bike outside any day this week so far.

THURSDAY: MERRY CHRISTMAS- it will be a short trainer workout saturday morning for me.

FRIDAY: finally some better weather- leaving oley kings at 9:30 am for a 60 mile ride. endurance pace, some hills.

SATURDAY: keep your fingers crossed- leaving oley kings at 9:30 am for a 60 mile ride. endurance pace, some hills.

SUNDAY: forecast is for strong winds- leaving oley kings at 9:30 am, coffee shop ride, 50-60 miles easy.

look for rides next week leading into the new year. i will be riding every day that the weather permits, including a short new years day morning ride around the valley.
