thursday- Happy Thanksgiving- oley kings 9.30am- doing the tuesday night loop? or something like that before heading for the big meal
friday- work it off ride- oley kings 9.30am- 50+ miles easy pace easy terrain ride, maybe a coffee shop stop
saturday- oley kings 9.30am- 60 miles? fat burning type miles, maybe a little pace line? maybe a coffee shop stop
sunday- oley kings 9.30am- headed for the derby and/or coffee shop
