ride schedule thanksgiving week

wednesday 11/26; leaving oley kings at 2:30 pm for a 30-35 mile loop thru oley. easy tempo ride.

thursday [thanksgiving day] 11/27; leaving oley kings at 9:30 am for a 30-35 mile loop around the valley. easy pace.

friday 11/28: leaving oley kings at 9:30 am for a 60-70 mile endurance tempo ride. if we do the ride i have planned as of right now, it includes some nice paceline type roads.

saturday 11/29: leaving oley at 9:30 am for a 60-70 mile endurance type ride. some hills and maybe some new areas for some of us.

sunday 11/30; leaving oley at 9:30 am for 50 mile coffee shop stop ride.

FYI: so you pull into the oley kings lot just as the clock says 9:30 and the guys roll out as planned at 9:30 am sharp. don't panic, from now on almost every ride will head out going west on main street to a right on oley furnace road to a right on lake road to a left on water street. if you head west on main and take a right on water you will see us turning off lake and onto water street. the reason that we roll out at 9:30 am sharp and do not wait for anyone this time of year is the cold chilly air at 9:30 am. some ride to the ride and standing around and waiting definitely brings the chill into the bones.
