i'm a little under the weather today but hopefully i'll be recovered for this weekend.
saturday: oley kings, 9:30 am, 60 to 70, easy tempo endurance ride
route::: either part of the quad ride or a suprise ride up the back of hawk mountain.
sunday: oley kings, 9:30 am, 50 miles, either derby or easy ride w/a coffee stop.
NOTE: check out the new winter training wheels some of the guys are riding built by Luke Shirk himself. [american classic hubs, cxp33 rims and sapin spokes]
