It's nice to briefly look down and see 30 MPH+ for so long...
I went home a took a nap.

It was a pretty fast day and they were less a few of the heavy hitters. After the rollers, Wamsley attacked into the final turn and took off. Jason gave me a lead out and I then jumped on my old teamate Matt's wheel to the finish. I'm still not sure what the official finish is, but either way I got a heck of a workout.

We headed over then and raced the A and B races at Fogelsville. They're always a great time.

Less than a week for camp. I can't wait.
